Buying your first home can be a very stressful situation. When I met Dil he was dedicated to finding me the right home. Within weeks of working with Dil I bought my first home and he made the whole process amazingly stress free and smooth by always being there just a phone call away. Mr Kayode (or Sir Kay as I call him) was a family friend before he became our realtor. He is the most friendly and humble person I know. Always willing to lend a hand or give some valuable insights and answers to any questions asked. He was very forthcoming with all that he thought we needed to know on our journey towards the purchase of our first home. He was never hesitant to give his opinion and in hindsight, those opinions were very valuable. He accommodated all our timings as my husband works nights and I work downtown. This resulted in our viewings being mostly on the weekend. He did this without hassle, always willing at any time of the day. Despite the fact that the viewings were on a weekend, he always came professionally dressed. I always used to marvel at that. Even when we needed help with babysitting to be able to go view a property, his lovely wife was always available to help. Thank you for all you have done and continue to do Sir Kay. P.S. I hope you have started the search for our 4 bed house. We are counting on you, you know
