Our Name Says it All!

James Bowman really knows how to get the job done. Because of him I have quit my 60 hour a week job to buy, fix-up and re-sell properties on a full-time basis. He watches the market like no other agent I have ever seen and ends up finding me exceptional deals on homes. If I were to tell you the deals he has done for me you wouldn't believe your ears. He tells me exactly what I need to do with the properties to obtain top dollar and he amazingly usually sells them within 2 weeks. I have some experience with other agents and they will just tell you want you want to hear so they can get their sign in your yard. I have come to find out that they were  just pulling buyers off of my listing and flipping them over to other homes.

James feels that he is hired to do a job and he does not rest until he fulfills his part of the deal. James is very straight to the point and will tell you what to expect. It is not always what you want to hear, at first I had a problem with that, but it didn't take him long to prove me wrong. Now I have nothing but respect and admiration for his knowledge and hard work as a realtor.
