Our Services are quite simple.

If it involves Real Estate we sell it. Improved,  Unimproved, Commercial, Residential, Multi-Family, it doesn't matter, we  sell it.

Our services involve making sure that you obtain the best possible deal whether you are buying or selling. If you are purchasing a home we will evaluate your future goals and help set you up with the ideal mortgage program that best fits your needs. If you are selling, we will advise you just what to do so that we can market your home aggresively so that you can obtain the highest possible price in the shortest period of time.

It is a very involved career managing these clients accordingly which involves a whole lot of caring, understand and patience before results are achieved.

We know of many homes available out there that are not even being offered for sale on the open market. These soon to be sellers will need to buy a new home. In many cases they are moving to there 2nd home and in other cases they are downsizing.

In this business we call this "Our Pipeline".  We have clients that have been in our pipeline for several months. Your home could be the one that they are looking for and their home could quite possibly be the one that you are looking for.

For active buyers that spend hours looking through the homes magazines only to find out the location isn't right, bedrooms are too small, the yard is too small or various other factors of a home doesn't meet your criteria or worse yet the the home is perfect but there has already been an accepted offer on it. We already know these things, we know what homes are the good deals and what homes are overpriced. We know about homes within hours of them coming on the market or when the price changes.

It pays to know a hardworking fulltime Realtor. If you think that we are not worth our commission, think again. In most cases we will sell your home over and beyond what you would sell your home for. Often, this amount more than covers our commission.
