Dedicated Realtors is running a fall special with the simple goal in mind of having a lot of signs go up and down in yards this fall.

Our offer is to sell your home at just 5% of the selling price as commission.

If after 45 days your home has not brought any reasonable offers, we will hold an open house for you that will be advertised as a 2.5"x2.5" ad in the Sunday newspaper.

To make this offer even better, if your home is sold exclusively within our firm prior to there being an open house held, we will reduce the commission to 4%
